Refunds & Exchanges

We only offer refunds or exchanges for items that are faulty or damaged.

No change-of-mind refunds or exchanges, so please choose carefully.

Return Timeframe

Our policy lasts 28 days from the date of purchase.
If 28 days have passed, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused

  • In the same condition as received

  • In the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required


Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm:

  • Receipt of the return

  • Approval or rejection of the refund

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days (timing depends on your bank).


Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale items are final and non-refundable.


Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

  • You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift:

  • The refund will be issued to the original purchaser


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund

Delivery times for exchanges may vary depending on location.

If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee receipt of untracked returns.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing times vary)

  3. Contact your bank
